Common Support Topics

Account Verification

Having trouble verifying your student account? Check that your student ID photo is clear and shows your name, university, and expiration date. Ghana Card verification is also required. If you've submitted multiple times without success, contact our verification team with your documents attached.

Payment Issues

Having problems with payments through Paystack? Mobile Money transactions may take 5-10 minutes to process. If your payment fails, ensure you have sufficient balance and that your mobile money account is active. For payments on delivery, make sure you have the exact cash amount ready.

Listing Problems

Your listing may not appear if it's pending moderation (24-hour review period) or if it violates our community guidelines. Check that your listing includes clear photos, an accurate description, and a reasonable price. Contact support if your listing has been pending for more than 2 days.

Reporting Suspicious Activity

If you encounter a suspicious seller, counterfeit product, or scam attempt, use the "Report" button on the listing or user profile. You can also email our safety team directly at safety@chikakumarket.com with details and screenshots.

Response Time Information
